The City of Charlottesville is offering Free Christmas Tree Pickup 
Christmas is over so what do you do with that Christmas Tree?
We have a suggestion… The City of Charlottesville¹s Public Works Department is now offering free Christmas tree pick-up. This will be starting on Monday January 7th.
Trees must be free of decorations, wires, stands, tinsel and nails and they must be placed on the curbside by 7am (on the 7th) so that they will be picked up.
The great thing is that the trees will ve recycled into mulch and actually used on various City project and properties including schools and parks!
Do your part and be a part of this great idea!
