In real estate there is always something about a particular home or property that I find appealing. Many times for me it is the land itself. I always feel that a home can be changed or updated but the land is something that sets the tone of an estate in Charlottesville.
I often see a “driveway” and my imagination goes wild as to what gems are out of my sight.
