Today is a good day!
This morning I got to attend the closing of a client who was a “First Time Home Buyer” FTHB. Working with a FTHB is always a bit of an adventure.
First of all we have to “usually” go over things in greater detail. This is actually good for the client and even good for seasoned agents. It is the details that are so important in a home purchase.
Because of the lending restrictions, we have a few challenges with the lender. After a little extra work, we were funded.
The home inspection actually when very smoothly for this transaction. Sure there were a few issues but both parties were very reasonalbe.
The great thing in selling Charlottesville Real Estate is that sometimes I get to work with First Time Buyers and I am happy when they are happy!
I love to work with First Time Buyers!
