I look at new listing every day and it amazes me that some agent do not even put photos in with a listing. Now they may add them a day or two later but they have missed the initial release of a home…
What may be worse is when they show a poor photo, a picture of the kitchen refrigerator or a picture of a field. Below is what Buyers see with no photo and also an example (not a current listing) of a home for sale with a photo that does not show the home:
Buyers want to see the home not a speck of dirt…Now I am not trying to pick on anyone or any agent, but think about it, does the above picture make you want to purchase this home, or even go see it?
What about this photo below?
This home had been on the market for over six months with another firm. When we got the listing, we took time and got excellent photos, priced it correctly and we were under contract within a week!
