This weekend I am out showing homes again and one of the area we will see is Glenmore.
Now one of my favorite neighborhoods, when looking at Charlottesville Real Estate is Glenmore. This golf community offers not only golf and tennis but also equestrian facilities. The homes are priced from 500K-2mil+.
There is something for everyone.
When I am showing homes in Glenmore, I start by mapping out a tour.
The different areas (phases) in Glenmore are easy to locate and to navigate. The hardest part is deciding if you want a home on the course or (as I showed this past weekend) a home on a pond!
We always have a nice day at Glenmore and if we have time, we might be able to do lunch at the clubhouse.

1. goto an open house
2. call me to schedule a time…
Option 2 could save you 10′s of thousands of dollars as I would represent your interests and not the interests of the seller…
