does anyone know about any speech contests or beauty pageants in virgina, preferably around the richmond-harrisonburg-charlottesville area, thanks. [ and by speech contest i mean like a bunch of people write a speech about one specific subject and they all read their speeches in front of judges and the person with the best speech wins. i’m not sure what they are really called. haha thanks again!
