I just got this question again from a listing appointment (well a form of this question)…
The answer is quite simple.
If you are not the “best” looking home at the best price in this market your home will not sell…
No longer can a person just list their home and expect to sell it. They need to do everything they can to fix the home up and even make it sparkle!
