My clients demand:
1. Access to MLS data! Betty Boop and the Little King movie download - Search for homes
2. Google map data link on the area, (near a busy road, railroad?) showing school locations, shopping etc… Example (I am expanding this)
3. Tax data. Not just the tax rate but also the history of assessed values, with owner records
4. Comps
of active, under contract and sold’s
5. for me to “Answer the phone“…. They actually want to talk with me when they call.
6. Access to me by text, and instant messaging
My background is in Engineering. I was born and raised in the Silicon Valley where I ran my own Engineering bussiness for 20+ years. So I am used to technology and I love when my clients push me into new directions…
