Come Hell or Highwater film I have been doing some research on homes that are on the market over a year
and I am a little shocked.
It seems that some of these homes have never adjusted the list price (or very little by percentage).
If you are on the market and your home has NOT sold in a year (and
you are watching the calendar go by) do you think there is something wrong?
Now I am not going after the agents here (although they should be advising their clients).
What I am saying is that you need to take a realistic look at the market. There is a problem and it is very likely you Mr and Mrs seller.
You are either over-priced or your home needs to much work. In either case, you need to make an adjustment or you should consider taking your home off the market.
At the moment you are what we call “inventory“….

I know there are a lot of you waiting for the market to come back, reminds me a little of the tech market bubble. Many are still waiting for that too….
These are just my thoughts…
