Our local MLS does allow a listing to be entered without a photo, although it is now required to have at least one….
I see the above image way to often. If an agent takes a listing, why in the world would they add it to the MLS with no photos? Are they trying to sell the property or not?
After seeing this again today I have to ask a few local agents:
