The Status of the “Land Use Tax” is coming up at the next Board of Supervisors meeting in Albemarle on Wed, see below:

The next Albemarle County Board of Supervisors meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 starting at 11:00 a.m. in the Lane Auditorium, County Office Building, McIntire Road.

The following items are on the agenda:

  • Update on Status of Land Use Value Tax Revalidation Program
  • Public Hearing: Uncontrolled Vegetation Ordinance
  • Public Hearing: AFD 2009-00001 Buck Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District Review
  • Public Hearing: AFD 2009-00002 Yellow Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District Review
