Looking at Lake Monticello Homes, why are you calling the listing agent?

A message to Buyers:

It still amazed me how many people looking at Charlottesville real estate will search for homes and then cal the listing agent. Lake Monticello is an area that has great deals (see below for 300-400K homes) and I have to ask buyers why are you calling the listing agent?

Do you really think you are going to get a better deal working with the listing agent vs a good buyers agent?

Do you realize that the listing agent works for the seller and in fact has a contract with them to get the best price possible for the home?

Do you understand that Virginia is a caveat emptor state?
