Old Trail Village Center is well underway! This is a mixed-use, open-air, retail, entertainment, office and residential center located at Old Trail directly at the base of the Blue Ridge.
The area currently has 2600 planned homes. There are 400-12,000 SF spaces available for shops, restaurants etc…
Segway is one of the stores, we are already seeing pizza, hair salons and coffee shops too…
