Located on the North Grounds at The University of Virginia – UVA is the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center. This is adjoining the University of Virginia School of Law. This legal center is authorized by Congress to award a Master of Laws degree.

Judge Advocates from all five armed forces of the United States attend the annual Judge Advocate Officer Graduate Course in which the Master’s degree is awarded.

The Legal Center and School also trains new Judge Advocates, provides continuing legal education for Judge Advocates and lawyers from throughout the United States Government.

Attending the UVA JAG School is an honor and working with you and your families is part of my focus. I know how important your time is and we will work together to make your home buying process as easy as possible.

UVa, UCLA tie for 2nd best public university

The University of Virginia maintains its status as the nation’s second best public university in U.S. News & World Report’s annual rankings — but this year UVa has some company in the No. 2 spot.
In the 2010 rankings of “America’s Best Colleges” — which will be released today — the University of California, Los Angeles, joins UVa as the No. 2 public university.

UVa has been ranked the No. 2 public school every year since 2005. It has been ranked as either No. 1 or No. 2 every year since 1992.

Match Day marks the yearly culmination of the residency interview process coordinated by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). The NMRP And Soon the Darkness psp Inferno was established in 1952 to provide a uniform date of appointment to positions in graduate medical education (GME) in the United States.

If you do not get the “residency program” you want you have a short period to get into another program.

Sidewalks of History

When you are walking down a sidewalk do you ever wonder who else has walked there?

Below is a photo of a sidewalk I took at the University of Virginia. These walkways were designed by Thomas Jefferson and built by his architects. There have been literally millions of feet on these walkways and many famous people.

Jefferson most likely and even people like Edgar Allen Poe (who attended the University)…

Oh yes and your Charlottesville Real Estate Agent, Charles McDonald has even walked these sidewalks!

Next time you are in a historic area, think about who may have walked where you are.

It will widen your perspective!
